Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
  • Maintain required activity standards, including conducting a minimum number of prospecting calls and cold call visits each week.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of Outside Sales experience required.
  • Preferred Outside Sales in B2B environment.
  • Must have previous success with cold calling (phone and in the field).
  • Organized with territory management experience.
  • Strong outgoing, dynamic personality.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings.
  • Team player who can work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $60,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
  • Top performers have the potential to earn up to $170,000.
