About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal RF Engineer to join our team at SNC Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex RF systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF front-end systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, and filter design.
  • Develop and implement RF frequency planning and optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems into larger aerospace and defense systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, analysis documents, and compliance checklists.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in RF engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Higher-level degree may be substituted for relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices, including RF modeling and analysis techniques.
  • Progressive experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard RF principles and practices.
