Leadership:

  • Recruits, hires, trains, assesses, and dismisses all functional supervisors.
  • Embodies the core values philosophy to all team members.
  • Fosters a culture centered around core values throughout the establishment.
  • Maintains an open-door communication policy.
  • Co-leads weekly operational meetings with the General Manager.
  • Addresses and resolves all customer concerns personally or delegates to the General Manager for significant issues.
  • Collaborates with the General Manager to achieve continuous growth and profitability.
  • Holds supervisors accountable for delivering exceptional customer service and upholding core values.
  • Schedules guest service associates two weeks in advance.
  • Ensures all operational checklists are completed on time and accurately by all team members.
  • Compiles monthly reports for the accounting team.
  • Maintains employee personnel files, documentation, and records.
  • Establishes site objectives and develops strategies to ensure that these objectives are met or surpassed.
  • Coordinates facility and building maintenance.
Financial Management:
  • Ensures timely deposits are made.
  • Takes responsibility for all daily cash transactions.
  • Submits all necessary payroll documentation.
  • Aims to meet or exceed financial targets set by the team.
  • Implements loss prevention strategies.
  • Develops innovative methods to enhance revenue and average guest spending.
  • Manages expenses across all aspects of the facility, including labor and goods sold.
Safety Compliance:
  • Ensures all team members adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Implements and documents required safety protocols.
Qualifications:

To successfully perform this role, an individual must be capable of executing each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent; with a minimum of two years of management experience in the relevant field; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new software platforms such as point-of-sale systems and scheduling tools.

Communication Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the public.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret various instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
