Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAt Job Expo Connect, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to support our Litigation Practice Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning, marketing, and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the Litigation Practice Group.
  • Collaborate with practice group leaders and senior managers to identify business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build strong partnerships.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Provide support for business development initiatives, including data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree (required).
  • 4+ years of business development or marketing experience at a peer law firm (Am Law 100 experience required).
  • Experience supporting a Litigation Practice Group (preferred).
