Medical Equipment Supplier Accounting Assistant Office Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to combine your passion for finance and customer service in a fast-paced medical equipment supplier environment.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of $16.00/HR, providing a stable income to support their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, taking detailed information from customers, and transferring them to the correct department as needed.
- Assist the Accounting Department with Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Shipping, Billing, and other financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the office areas, including keeping them clean, unloading the dishwasher, ordering office supplies, stocking materials, and more.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in accounting or a related field, with experience in similar roles such as an Accounting Clerk.
- Familiarity with basic QuickBooks and Multi-Line Phone System operations.
