Role Overview: The Key Account Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing BAPI's sales initiatives by leveraging technical expertise, organizational skills, and customer insights to effectively market BAPI's HVAC/R sensors. This position also contributes to marketing strategies, market analysis, and the technical advancement of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales outreach, assess customer requirements, and tailor product applications effectively.
- Define market strategies and objectives for product offerings.
- Collaborate with BAPI personnel to gather and coordinate essential data and insights.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their operations and addressing their needs with suitable BAPI products.
- Work with both new and existing clients to formulate accurate sales forecasts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Analyze product viability based on customer technical and manufacturing requirements.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and proactively reach out to prospective clients.
- Document all customer interactions in accordance with established procedures.

Sales Presentation and Closing:
- Develop and present tailored solutions to meet customer HVAC/R requirements.
- Utilize BAPI tools to deliver presentations to both new and existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.
- Conduct regular sales visits to foster relationships and follow up on leads to achieve departmental objectives.
- Actively pursue closing sales and finalizing contracts.
- Meet established sales targets and revenue expectations.
- Address product and service-related issues, involving other departments as necessary.
- Review and verify all orders before processing them for production.
- Prepare pre-travel plans and post-travel reports, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the availability of necessary materials and documentation.
Product Development Participation:
- Assess product marketability and project future sales.
- Propose new technical products and recommend modifications or discontinuations of existing products.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate customer feedback and technical information.
- Work with the BAPI team to identify current and future customer needs.
- Evaluate customer satisfaction regarding products and services.
Continuous Learning: Maintain industry knowledge through educational workshops, relevant publications, and networking opportunities.
Team Contribution: Support team objectives by achieving related results and participating in special projects as assigned by supervisors.
Educational Qualifications:
(R) Associate's Degree or completion of a Trade or Technical School program.
(P) Bachelor's Degree preferred in Electronics, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Training and Skills:
- (R) Electronics proficiency.
- (P) Customer Service/Relations experience.
- (P) HVAC/R knowledge.

Experience Requirements:
