Job OverviewThe Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in facilitating the efficient operation of the assigned department. This position involves performing various clerical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking inventory levels.
  • Organize and schedule tooling certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor expenses for the Knoxville facility, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Enter inventory levels into the computer system to facilitate restock and repair processes.
  • Track job costs and provide support to field teams, enhancing project efficiency.
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by PSG and the warehouse manager, prioritizing employee well-being.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the team's success.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, ensuring seamless task execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF CLERICAL PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
