About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team at Beacon Technologies. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identity and Access Management: Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and processes to ensure secure access to our organization's resources.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that our IAM systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulations, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our IT team and other stakeholders to ensure that IAM systems and processes are aligned with business needs.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyze and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science), or equivalent work experience. Two years related experience and/or training is required.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with identity lifecycle management, credential management, identity federation, role-based access, and identity governance. Proficiency in using IAM tools and technologies, such as Identity and Access Management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for Cybersecurity: A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with scripting and automation, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security standards.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
