Join the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Access Center. We are seeking a skilled RN to assist referring providers with urgent care needs for adult and pediatric patients. As a clinical liaison, you will centralize and simplify the process of providing the appropriate level of care for patients. This role requires a multidisciplinary team approach to ensure access to the best care for patients and families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* 1 year of relevant clinical RN experience in acute care medical/surgical nursing required
* Recent experience in phone triage, phone processing, discharge planning, or case management preferred
* Previous experience within the UW Health system preferred

**Licensure and Certification:**

* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations
