Job Title: Patient Access Representative

We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at UW Health. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration and access of patients to our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and create walk-in appointments, including those with our Spanish-speaking population.
  • Update patient registration demographics and insurance information.
  • Collect documents and payments upon arrival.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field required.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial, or insurance-related field preferred.
