Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our B2B sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for a broad range of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build relationships with clients to fill the sales pipeline
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and services to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies
  • Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients and team members
  • Work independently with minimal direction and as part of a high-energy team
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to explain activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach goals
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to sell value instead of price and develop long-lasting customer relationships
  • Prior history of building and establishing relationships
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
