At Otter Learning, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team of professionals who inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum.
- Assist in daily childcare activities such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
- Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
- Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.
