Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum.
  • Assist in daily childcare activities such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
  • Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
  • Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.
