Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate early childhood education professional to join our team at Child Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child development and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, cognitive skills, and motor skills.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents about their child's development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with young children in a childcare/preschool setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
