Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Otter Learning. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children
  • Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum
  • Assist with daily childcare tasks such as feeding, changing, and nap time
  • Maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system
  • Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older under Licensing standards. Some States will accept 16 years old. Must have high school diploma or GED for Teacher positions and a minimum of 6 months experience or related degree/certification for Assistant Director role and above. Some states require Director Credentials under Licensing standards.
