Position Overview:

In this experienced-level position, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. As the primary point of contact for Homesite customers, including advisors and clients, you will address service inquiries, requests, and account information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to investigate inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document all relevant information to facilitate prompt resolutions.
  • Educate clients and advisors on new services and procedures to enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Serve as a resource for customers regarding company policies and troubleshoot basic usability concerns.
  • Refer complex issues to the appropriate service teams for further assistance.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role ranges from $23.00 to $30.76 per hour, depending on job level and geographic location.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily home-based, requiring you to work remotely for approximately 80% of your time. Occasional travel to an office may be necessary for team meetings and training sessions.

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts will cover operational hours from 8 AM to 11 PM ET.
  • Expect to work every third Saturday and have a structured schedule to ensure a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel (up to 10%) may be required.

Physical Requirements:

This position primarily involves sitting or standing for extended periods.

Licensing:

Employees must obtain their state's Property & Casualty Insurance license within the first year of employment, with training and support provided.
