About Our Client: Addison Group is looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to enhance their team in Denver. This position plays a vital role in supporting the HVAC service division, managing various customer service responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
Job Overview: The Customer Service Representative will oversee incoming communications via phone and email, coordinate technician schedules, and assist with various service-related functions. This role includes being on-call once a month, with additional pay for on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails to schedule service technicians and keep clients informed.
- Assist Service Managers and technicians with scheduling and operational tasks.
- Support technicians in tracking overdue maintenance activities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders efficiently.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Document service call details accurately.
- Maintain precise records of service activities and technician assignments.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled services through monitoring.
- Collaborate with inventory and parts departments to secure necessary resources.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
- Willingness to be on-call once a month, which includes availability for after-hours calls. On-call compensation includes:
- Monday - Thursday: $250
- Friday - Sunday: $300
- Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
