Position Overview

The Idaho Youth Ranch is a longstanding non-profit organization dedicated to serving the youth of Idaho. Our core mission is to:

Unite for the benefit of Idaho's youth by offering accessible programs and services that foster hope, healing, and resilience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in high school or possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service abilities, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsibilities of the Thrift Store Team Leader:

  • Act as a representative of the Idaho Youth Ranch.
  • Oversee daily operations including the opening and closing of the store.
  • Compile daily sales reports and manage bank deposits.
  • Provide leadership by training and guiding store staff.

As a recognized 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, which offers student loan forgiveness on eligible loans under specific conditions. For further details, please consult your loan provider.
