Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Department Supervisor to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver quality customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store environment.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end operations associates to ensure efficient inventory management and adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor and coach employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Plan, schedule, and implement non-selling operations in the back end and front end of the store, maximizing sales and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with other Department Supervisors and Assistant Store Managers to drive efficiencies and meet service, operations, and safety objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment, or 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience providing direction or supervision to teams, with or without direct report responsibility.
  • Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring, and developing associates.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting front-end or back-end operations in a retail environment.
  • Experience in customer service roles and leadership positions with direct report responsibility.
  • Experience working in the home improvement retail sector and using store computer systems.
