Field Supervisor

At SAS Retail Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail merchandisers and ensuring that all client and customer standards are met in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and develop retail merchandisers to ensure they are equipped to perform their job responsibilities
- Manage team scorecards to ensure associates meet merchandising requirements
- Partner with client representatives to conduct in-store training and development days
- Assign merchandisers to stores and maintain work schedules
- Complete timely and accurate reporting, including recaps, itineraries, timekeeping, and expense reports
- 2+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in the CPG industry
- 1-2 years of lead or supervisory experience
- Ability to hire, train, and develop associates to build an effective team
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
