As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the efficient operation of our stores. * Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in retail management or a related field
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
