**Job Description**

As a Healthcare Department Leader at CHRISTUS Health, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our healthcare organization. You will be responsible for supervising the delivery of high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with other clinical and ancillary departments to meet organizational and department-specific quality and safety measures, participating in the development and implementation of strategic business plans, and creating an environment that supports continuous improvement of operational, financial, and clinical components.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in nursing leadership, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting. Previous lead or supervisor experience is preferred, as well as previous healthcare management experience.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
