We are seeking a Physician Leader to join our team at SCP Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of emergency medicine.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced physician leader to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our emergency department team and providing high-quality patient care.

Our emergency department sees approximately 45,000 patients annually, with a bed capacity of 370 hospital beds. We have a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and are looking for someone who shares this vision.

The ideal candidate will have 49 hours of physician coverage per day and 20.86 hours of NP/PA coverage. Our electronic medical record system is Meditech.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
