Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-time Patient Care Concierge, Team Lead to oversee our clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a knack for problem-solving, demonstrating genuine empathy and meticulous attention to detail in their interactions with patients.

Operational Hours

This role will require flexibility in scheduling, as clinic hours will be determined by local demand. Candidates should be prepared to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as necessary. This is a permanent, on-site position that may involve short-notice shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, training, and support to the Patient Care team.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of clinic activities, from patient booking to post-scan follow-up.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and discuss career development.
  • Facilitate team meetings to maintain alignment on processes and objectives.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Assist in ordering and managing clinic supplies and inventory.
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes, including interviewing and training new staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the patient experience.
  • Evaluate and improve current workflows and processes.

Patient Interaction

  • Address patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist with pre-scan preparations and post-scan follow-up.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
