- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business objectives and manufacturing processes to align our solutions with their needs.
- Formulate and implement strategies to maintain a steady pipeline of new opportunities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in technical sales, particularly in engaging with engineers and upper management.
- Proven ability to prospect and develop new business.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the capability to initiate, nurture, and sustain relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, employing creative problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology, preferably with a focus on robotics and/or automation technology.
- Alternatively, an associate degree in a related technical field combined with substantial mechanical/technical aptitude and 3-5 years of relevant technical sales experience.
