Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roadway Infrastructure Manager to join our team at the County of Okaloosa Florida. As a key member of our public works department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, restoration, and construction of roadway signage, lane striping, litter control, and related public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct the maintenance, restoration, and construction of roadway signage, lane striping, and litter control
  • Manage the pavement management database to ensure efficient and effective infrastructure maintenance
  • Supervise and manage a team of safety supervisors, supervisors, and maintenance personnel
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of public works services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in public works or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
