Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC (ICE) is seeking a highly skilled CEI Inspector to join our team in District 3. As a CEI Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of asphalt, concrete, and earthwork to ensure compliance with client and contractor specifications.
  • Perform engineering inspections, including construction observation and field sampling, to ensure materials meet industry standards.
  • Record daily notes for engineering staff to facilitate effective project management.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • EIT with a degree in engineering, engineering technology, or construction management desired.
  • Two years of experience in construction inspection, with a minimum of one year of bridge and/or roadway construction experience desired.
Certifications:
  • CTQP Final Estimates Level I
  • CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
  • CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I
  • CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I
  • CTQP Pile Driving Inspection
  • CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection
  • IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I
  • FDOT Intermediate MOT
  • Nuclear Radiation Safety
  • Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors
Physical Demands:

This position requires minimal lifting of up to 50 pounds, frequent travel, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required.
