Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain the CRM system to ensure seamless integration across the organization.
  • Perform key administrative tasks, including user and license management, processing support tickets, and enhancing user adoption and system utilization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique needs, gather requirements, and configure the platform to meet evolving business demands.
  • Collaborate with a team of Salesforce technical support staff in the ongoing development and configuration of Salesforce deployments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • One year of professional information technology system administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud products.
  • Working knowledge of best practices and functionality in relation to creating custom apps and objects, formula fields, flow, reports, custom views, and other content.
  • Skill in oral and written communication, as well as the use of Google Workspace products.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, as well as multitask while demonstrating a commitment to customer service and sensitivity to a culturally and ethnically diverse community.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification within twelve months after the start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of Salesforce administration experience.
