**The Role:**
We are seeking an exceptional Client Advocacy Lead to join our Retention Team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive customer-facing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, and have a proven track record of fostering strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers. They should be proficient in verbal and written communication, enthusiastic about supporting customers, and able to navigate a fast-paced environment effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality product support to customers post-implementation* Resolve user issues promptly and professionally* Educate clients on platform features using GAAP guidelines* Develop tailored demos for specific features to address client pain points* Optimize customer automations for maximum efficiency* Proactively engage with customers exhibiting decreased platform usage* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on escalated matters
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS setting* Proven ability to build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders and customers* Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various channels* Passion for supporting customers and driving business outcomes* Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or Help Desk tools is advantageous* Competitive compensation package: $70,000 - $98,000 OTE, $60,000 - $72,000 base salary, medical, dental, insurance coverage, employee stock options, and opportunities for career advancement.
