    Ongoing Outreach: Maintain consistent contact with leads who have shown interest but haven't committed to a class, keeping them engaged and motivated.

    Missed Guests: Follow up with guests who attended a class but didn't convert to membership, with the goal of closing the sale and retaining valuable customers.

    Win-Back Efforts: Design and implement strategies to re-engage and convert previous members who have canceled their memberships, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Revenue Target Achievement:

    Sales Goals: Collaborate with team members to set and achieve specific revenue targets, ensuring the studio meets its financial objectives and drives business growth.

    Game Planning and Goal Setting: Develop strategic plans and set achievable sales goals, aligning with the studio's overall vision and mission.

    CRM and Portal Management: Manage all sales-related activities within the CRM and Portal dashboard, ensuring proper outreach cadence and maximizing sales potential.
  • Sales Training and Development:

    Training: Lead sales training sessions for the staff, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

    Role-Playing: Conduct regular role-playing exercises with team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness in sales pitches, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development:

    Referral Business: Drive new business by generating referrals from existing members, leveraging their network and trust to attract new customers.

    Community Outreach Events: Organize and participate in community outreach events to build brand awareness and attract new leads, fostering a strong connection with the local community.

    B2B Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to create opportunities for corporate memberships and partnerships, driving revenue growth and expanding the studio's reach.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with potential members, establish rapport quickly, and build trust.
  • Organizational Skills: Persistence and organization to manage multiple leads simultaneously, with proficiency in CRM tools to track and schedule follow-up activities.
  • Sales Experience: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
