Job Summary:The Automation Engineer will design, develop, test, and implement electrical controls and programs for new manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine controls design, incorporating logic controllers, HMIs, PC-based systems, drives, servos, actuators, electrical power distribution, and more.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop electrical controls and programs for new manufacturing machinery
- Ensure completion of accurate manuals, diagrams, and schematics for installation, troubleshooting, and operation of new designs
- Develop bills of materials, parts descriptions, and abstracts
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 3+ years of experience in controls design and engineering.
