Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in close coordination with Customer Operations leadership to facilitate effective planning and execution.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for Customer Operations, including:
    • Partnering with business units to ensure precision in headcount, program expenditures, and other critical metrics based on operational performance.
    • Preparing variance analyses and relevant financial reporting.
    • Conducting in-depth analyses to evaluate key performance drivers and metrics, while collaborating on enhancing operational efficiencies.
    • Working with the controllership team on accruals and other aspects of the financial close process.
    • Continuously refining these processes as necessary.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly management reports detailing performance metrics, leading indicators, and validation of planning assumptions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Operations to provide consolidated metrics, including core financials and utilization rates, to drive performance improvement.
  • Lead ad hoc projects and targeted initiatives to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
  • Champion process enhancements and system improvements within your domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth trajectory.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical capabilities: Ability to work autonomously, think critically, and derive meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Financial acumen: Proficiency in assessing financial indicators and translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Problem-solving expertise: Employing logical approaches to address complex challenges with effective solutions.
  • Relationship management: Skill in cultivating constructive relationships with a diverse range of business partners, including senior management.
  • Influencing skills: Ability to navigate a matrixed environment and assertively drive successful management strategies.
  • Presentation proficiency: Capable of delivering impactful presentations in various settings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 5 years supporting rapidly growing customer success or global services organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • High proficiency in FP&A systems is essential; experience with Anaplan and Tableau is highly advantageous.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory.
  • Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution; CPA or equivalent advanced credential is preferred.
