As a Senior Financial Analyst at Hazel Health, Inc., you will be part of a team that is increasing equitable access of quality health care experiences for students and their families. You will work closely with a team that is building and professionalizing a high growth high impact social enterprise.

Enable Scale:
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the day-to-day execution of Hazel's financial operating model. You will execute a key role in the annual budgeting process, working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with our corporate initiatives. You will generate and distribute accurate financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day execution of Hazel's financial operating model
Execute a key role in the annual budgeting process
Generate and distribute accurate financial reports to senior management
Lead monthly budget reviews with department heads
Take ownership of our financial planning and analysis software (Anaplan)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify areas for operational efficiency and improvement
Prepare monthly variance analysis of actuals to forecast & budget
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify actionable insights based on trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist in the analysis and presentation of strategic materials to key leadership meetings as well as board meetings

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and data-driven, with strong business acumen. You should have strong financial modeling skills with a diverse set of modeling experiences. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field is required. You should be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced growth environment. Strong business and financial acumen, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues are also required. Experience with Anaplan or other financial planning software is a bonus. Experience with Sage Intacct or other accounting software is a bonus.
