Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operational Support Coordinator based in Oahu, HI. Candidates must hold a current DoD Top Secret security clearance.

COMPENSATION:
$70,000.00 - $91,000.00

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


The Operational Support Coordinator will be essential in managing a 24/7 Watch Floor, assisting our Navy client, and ensuring that sustainment operations align with established objectives.

Cambridge International Systems focuses on identifying IT Network Engineering needs, enhancing IT capabilities, and delivering technical solutions to support the Navy's mission.


WORK SCHEDULE:
Must be prepared to work shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary. Typical shifts are 12 hours per day within a 40-hour work week.

As a member of a 24/7 support team, you will oversee daily operations and participate in a rotating watch to ensure project deliverables are met.


You will monitor operations, including mission and support systems (generators, HVAC, etc.), and utilize a variety of access and technical tools to promptly address many technical issues that may impede the mission.

Monitor IT mission equipment, including servers, clients, routers, switches, and telecommunications cabling.

Provide basic troubleshooting skills to resolve issues.

Act as a liaison for escalation management between operations and support teams for swift restoration notifications.

Deliver timely updates to clients, senior leadership, and the Program Manager for situational awareness documentation.

Conduct handover briefings, maintain handover logs, and present to incoming watch teams.

Prepare and distribute information reports, presentations, and other deliverables to project leadership.


Facilitate routine project status meetings with Government Project Managers and the Cambridge project team, identifying project challenges and risks while proposing alternatives for success and continuous improvement of enterprise processes.

Participate in creating document deliverables, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), System Assessments, and Project Status Reports, prior to submission to the Government.

Ensure project deadlines are met and tasks remain within project scope.


Demonstrate initiative and the ability to collaborate within a team while keeping Cambridge management informed of changing priorities and challenges.

Required QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum High School diploma and four (4) years of experience in a team environment.

Must possess an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity.

Willingness to work shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.


Ability to establish trust and credibility with managers and senior Navy leaders while fostering open communication within teams.

Proficient in MS Office software products.

Respond swiftly to situations

Effectively work in diverse environments, including civilians, military, and contractors

Manage multiple issues and assignments concurrently.

Must be adept at using various technologies such as computers and other tools relevant to the position.

IAT Level I or higher certification

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional overnight travel may be necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
Cambridge International Systems adheres to Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.

Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk and using a computer for most of the workday.

Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion regarding sitting, walking, standing, etc.

May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
