Assistant General Manager II

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong partnerships with essential stakeholders across various departments, including finance, merchandising, and logistics, to develop and implement key organizational goals.
- Train and cultivate personal growth within a complex operational environment, focusing on leadership, comprehensive Supply Chain knowledge, continuous improvement, and effective execution in preparation for the Assistant General Manager role.
- Oversee financial responsibilities, including budget management, asset oversight, and the preparation and analysis of corporate reports.
- Lead and mentor associates and leaders in designated areas, providing clear direction, monitoring performance, and identifying training needs to facilitate growth and development.
- Address and resolve issues faced by associates, customers, and suppliers, exercising sound judgment and consulting with others as necessary.
- Develop and manage the business plan for your area to meet facility objectives related to production, quality, and safety, while identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure compliance with supply chain and business quality standards, regulations, and established procedures throughout the facility.
- Forecast staffing needs and monitor performance metrics to align with business requirements.
