Job Summary:

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while working closely with restaurant managers and other team members to maintain standards and operational procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with guests and field operations team members.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work on multiple stations
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments
  • Prepare and package food and beverages
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times, including the dining area, bathroom, and exterior
  • Maintain health and safety standards in the workplace
  • Unload and store inventory items as needed
  • Provide regular and prompt assistance during assigned shifts
  • Follow Burger King standards and policies for uniforms and cleanliness
