Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Tax Suite Sales Director to join our team at Hirebridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide comprehensive tax solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with North American account managers to support Strategic Accounts and help sell Indirect Tax Solutions to entities throughout the EMEA and Latin America regions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional indirect tax regulations, including GVAT, e-invoicing, and reporting, to provide informed advice and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific regions and client needs.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Proactively build, mature, and close pipeline opportunities while staying engaged with key influencers and decision-makers to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Navigate different levels of influencers and decision-makers to help land and expand Hirebridge's business within accounts.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions with clients, manage sales pipelines, and ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Manage existing accounts and continue prospecting to become more strategic within accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional VAT/SUT solutions, e-invoicing, and reporting regulations.
  • Fluency in English as well as local languages.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and techniques.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
