We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Sports Marketing Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, the campus community, and the athletics department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to shape partnerships between businesses and the school
  • Prepare and present proposals to new businesses, highlighting the benefits of partnering with the school
  • Manage and coordinate agreements, ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsor obligations
  • Work with the General Manager and other team members to activate sponsorships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Capture and report on proof of performance examples and fulfillment summaries
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or events
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
