Job Summary

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. You will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. From the morning rush to the evening crowds, you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that every customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Prioritize safety and cleanliness in all aspects of your work, ensuring the well-being of your colleagues, customers, and products.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ring up customers' orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor Store Operations: Alertly watch customers at pumps to prevent drive-offs and ensure safe use of gasoline containers.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Block and straighten shelves, assist with light stocking duties, and replace misplaced items to their proper locations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Familiarize yourself with and follow all state and local laws regarding cigarette sales, as well as coupon handling procedures.
  • Support Team Members: Assist other store team members in maintaining security and provide support in the kitchen area as needed.
