Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and serve as a patient advocate, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.
  • Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and develop effective care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • 1 year of Acute Care RN experience.
  • Additional certifications may be required for certain specialties.
