Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at EvergreenHealth. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate.
  • Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate patient and family education and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience in critical care or intensive care nursing.
  • Current WA State Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR Healthcare Provider certification by date of hire.
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification by date of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN or MSN degree.
  • CCRN certification is preferred.
