Role Summary
As the Head of Agency at tvScientific, you'll be responsible for developing and executing an agency strategy.
You'll work closely with our Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. You'll help teams deliver on ambitious targets and roll up your sleeves to partner directly with agencies to exceed revenue and expand advertiser growth targets.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an excellent communicator and thoughtful leader with a track record of developing, training, coaching, and mentoring world-class sales teams. You will report to the Vice President / Head of Managed Account Sales.
This role requires a minimum of three days working from the assigned office each week and will require travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy at key Holding Companies and/or their Operating Companies
- Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events
- Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around creative solutions and large scale custom executions
- Partner with tvScientific sales and product teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by tvScientific's product development roadmap
- Collaboration with partner teams across tvScientific (e.g Account Management, Account Executives, Product, and Global Agency and Executivest)
- Ability to lead video conversations with proficiency to help educate and grow agency tvScientifics video footprint
- Be an expert within your industry - trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape developments, leveraging insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advertising or advertising technology sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of advertising technology and data / performance measurement trends.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing sales teams to achieve targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented, Growth mindset, driven to exceed targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships internally and externally.
