Estimated Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Description

As a Vice President, Director on our Project Management Team, you will be responsible for leading multi-million dollar marketing programs, structuring and managing multiple, concurrent large-scale projects, and ensuring profitability through resource management and risk mitigation. You will partner with Group Account Director and Account Directors to manage overall client relationships, promote new ideas, and grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute plans to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  2. Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Integrated Media, Data and Analytics, Commerce, Public Relations, Brand Strategy, Social Media, Production, Finance, and Resource Management departments.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining a positive reputation for Digitas.
  5. Develop and implement processes, workflows, and tools to support the profitable delivery of client work.
  6. Manage multi-channel engagements, including TVC/OLV, digital, social, content partnerships, earned PR, online/offline activations, in-store/e-commerce, and more.

Requirements

We're Looking for a Strong Candidate

  1. A four-year degree and 10-12 years of Program/Project Management experience within a creative services organization.
  2. 5-7 years of experience managing a team of project managers at all levels.
  3. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
  4. PMP and/or CSM Certification preferred but not required.
  5. Working knowledge of enterprise tools, including JIRA, Microsoft Platform: SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
