Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in Microbiology is mandatory.
  • A solid understanding of business principles in finance, budgeting, sales, and marketing is essential for acquiring new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary for tracking laboratory data and generating documentation to support management functions.
  • Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is required to review analysis results and rectify discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical skills are crucial for problem-solving and meeting customer analysis requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are vital for effective interaction with clients.
