As a Senior Accountant, you'll partner with our Sr. Manager, Finance Operations and the Client Services Team to provide valuable program accounting services to a Tier 1 Client.

Responsibilities:

* Track and consolidate program budget/purchase order data
* Manage client reimbursement billing from end to end
* Create variable activity client billing monthly
* Review shipping/postage/pass-through costs associated to the programs monthly
* Ensure accurate sales order setup in NetSuite
* Lead financial meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor accounts receivable aging and collection activities
* Reconcile associated accounts and ensure proper financial controls
* Recommend and lead implementation of process improvements and/or automation
* Respond to client ad-hoc requests as assigned
* Assist with treasury management, including bank reconciliations and timely payment of patient payments

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office suite skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
* Demonstrated ability and experience in ensuring financial controls are in place
* Dynamic personality with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Effective maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ability to have great attention to detail and high quality of work with accuracy and timeliness
* Treasury experience with bank reconciliations, treasury controls, balance reporting, and process improvement steering
