We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at SP+. As a Cashier, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
  • Be present and ready to assist customers during scheduled shifts, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Count and manage cash and/or validations, maintaining the security of our revenue.
  • Process transactions efficiently, making change and issuing receipts or tickets as needed.
  • Operate a cash register, calculating costs and displaying transaction totals accurately.
  • Provide clear and concise directions to customers, ensuring they reach their destinations easily and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Compile and record daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
