Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at DuBois Chemicals. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Maintain customer notes and special requirements, ensuring proper ship dates, carriers, and manufacturing/shipping facilities.
- Effectively answer incoming calls from call queues, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipments, order and product issues, pricing, invoices, credits, and returns.
- Develop and maintain a culture of consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prioritize multiple projects with specific deadlines, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
- Develop best-in-class practices that support superior service levels, identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and cost-effective solutions.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 2+ years of management experience in customer service, with a strong customer service background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and change in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for timely and thorough problem resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated and directed with a proactive work ethic.
