Job Overview

Sulzer USA Inc. is seeking a skilled Retrofit Specialist to join our Services_AME team in the United States. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and executing retrofit and upgrade projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retrofits to develop regional strategies, sales plans, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Develop account and region plans to increase retrofit opportunities within designated sales territories, leveraging technical expertise and customer market insights.
  • Lead initiatives in assigned sales territories to uncover retrofit opportunities through technical forums, health assessments, asset reviews, customer engagements, and internal educational sessions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and customers on retrofit inquiries and activities in the specified region.
  • Contribute to the Rolling Forecast process for designated sales territories, working closely with regional sales and service managers/directors.
  • Establish and maintain effective client engagement and relationship management strategies to build strong partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends, competitors, technologies, and key customer strategies.
