Job Overview
SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping and HR Administrator to join our team. This full-time position involves organizing accounts payable and receivables, managing payroll, monitoring compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, working knowledge of QuickBooks, and excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
* Create financial reports and perform analysis
* Monitor and maintain inventory, fixed assets, and business inventory
* Maintain tax, insurance, and compliance requirements
* Coordinate and administer payroll and benefits
* Provide customer service via phone and email

Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
* 2 years of experience with QuickBooks
* Working knowledge of current business software technologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to successfully complete a background check

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
* Occasional overtime available during large storm events
