- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of seasonal apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use of the product line.
- Participate in in-store events, marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management (CRM) activities to encourage and reward repeat business.
- Uphold client service standards along with company policies and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests visiting the store.
- Promote a collaborative and productive work atmosphere among team members.
- Ensure the store remains clean and organized, including both customer-facing areas and stock spaces.

Technical Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of making independent decisions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Education and Experience
- At least one year of experience in a client services role.

Work Environment
- The role is performed in a retail setting, requiring continual movement, including walking, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout working hours.
