Job Title: Computer Systems Validation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Validation Specialist to join our team at LabVantage Professional Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering Computer Systems Validation (CSV) services to our clients, including providing advisory services, creating validation documentation, and designing or executing test scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide validation consulting services and project management for LabVantage software products in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Work with LabVantage customers from the presale stage to understand and clarify client requirements.
  • Develop and manage validation plans, perform gap analysis, and deliver high-quality validation documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development of validation deliverables and analyze testing results.
  • Review, edit, and approve validation documentation, and coordinate completion and approval of all validation deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CSV specialist in a consulting organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of validation deliverables associated with each step of the computer system lifecycle.
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards and applicable regulatory guidance and rules.
  • Experience with generating and reviewing validation deliverables at each stage of the computer system lifecycle.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Critical and analytical thinking, as well as creative problem-solving skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communications and presentation skills for multiple audiences.

  • Provides and works under the supervision and support of others, and embraces training and support to facilitate continuous learning of LabVantage products, services, and customer satisfaction methodologies.
